Most home furnishings available through Rosenthal Interiors are custom-made. That's the beauty of working with us. It's also the reason we ask you to take extra care in ensuring the accuracy of your order.
Here's what you need to know about ordering your new furnishings through Rosenthal Interiors.
We ask for a 50% nonrefundable deposit on your order.
Your order cannot be cancelled after 72 hours. This is due to customized fabrics being pulled and frames being built within the aforementioned timeframe, which ensures your new furnishings are uniquely you.
While we are subject to our suppliers’ delivery estimates, we make every effort to expedite delivery dates. Special delivery requirements are considered on a case-by-case basis. It's up to the customer to ensure doorways, elevators and stairwells don’t pose a problem for delivery.
Clerical or special-order pricing errors are subject to correction.
Accessories, wall art, and plants can be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they’re in the same condition as when purchased. All canceled or returned special order merchandise is subject to a restocking fee of 35%. Floor model sales are final and are not returnable.
