We want to continue to serve you in the best way possible. And this is how we plan to do it.
We have decided to adjust open hours for the showroom to better serve you during this time, as well as ensure the safety of you and our team. Until further notice we will be offering access to Rosenthal Interiors’ showroom by appointment and during select hours, which will guarantee proper social distancing is met.
We are staffed during these hours, so no appointment is necessary
Wednesday 10AM - 5PM
Saturday 10AM - 5PM
Sunday 12PM - 5PM
In addition to this, our showroom will be fully sanitized regularly to make certain you as well as all team members are in a safe environment while we assist in creating your dream space. We are requiring face masks for all guests, and will supply one for you if you do not have one available. Showroom access is being limited within our 17,000 sq/ft space, and we do request you maintain a safe 6 foot distance from other customers while visiting.
Finally, we ask that you abide by the CDC’s safe distancing guidelines which we have included below. If you have had any of the following symptoms in the past 2 weeks, please refrain from visiting until you are symptom free for 2 weeks. These guidelines have been provided by the CDC for the novel Coronavirus/COVID-19. Fever Cough Chills Repeated shaking with chills Muscle pain Headache Sore throat New loss of smell or taste
We have also rolled out our new virtual interior design program. This pairs you with an experienced member of our interior design team to work with you remotely. Connect with us for more details on how we will continue to be your personalized design liaison from the comfort and safety of your home.
